SARA ANN SMITH

Ms. Smith has 14 years of commercial real estate experience and is part of the company’s Property Management team. Prior to joining Drawbridge, Ms. Smith was a Senior Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) responsible for operating 3 assets totally approximately 800K square feet owned by Starwood Capital and Artisan Realty Advisors. At C&W she successfully oversaw the $15M asset reposition, capital improvement projects, operations and performed detailed financial reporting. Prior to C&W she was a Property Manager for Hines on a 1.3 million square feet multi-building office campus which included overseeing a Property Owners Association. Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.
