DRAWBRIDGE REALTY PURCHASES ENGILITY HEADQUARTERS CAMPUS IN METRO D.C.
Chantilly, VA - January 26, 2017 - Drawbridge Realty, a San Francisco based real estate investment company, announced the acquisition of 4801 & 4803 Stonecroft Boulevard for $73.6 million from Duke Realty and its affiliates. The campus serves as the corporate headquarters for Engility Corporation (NYSE: EGL) and contains mission critical infrastructure essential to the company's operations. Comprising approximately 320,000 square feet in two 3-story office/R&D buildings, the property is located in the Route 28 Corridor in Chantilly, Virginia. Highlighted by its proximity to the National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO) facility and other agencies dedicated to global cybersecurity and intelligence, this location within Westfield's Corporate Center is a strategic destination for defense industry firms.
This acquisition represents Drawbridge's first investment in the Washington D.C. / Northern Virginia market.
