DRAWBRIDGE SELLS SANTA CLARA OFFICE BUILDING FOR $25.5 MILLION
Santa Clara, CA - February 25th, 2015 - Drawbridge Realty recently sold the property located at 4900 Patrick Henry Drive in Santa Clara, CA for $25.5 million to owner/user, Fabritek, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fabrinet Inc. (NYSE: FN). The two -story, 74,035 square foot office building situated on 3.8 acres recently underwent significant market ready work in 2014. This extensive work included full open-office build out of the existing cold shell warehouse area utilizing a floating ceiling concept, addition of large window cutouts in the warehouse portion to increase natural light to the area, the creation of a north-south high-tech corridor, and the installation of a new indoor break area as well as an expanded outdoor amenity space. All of this market ready work helped to attract Fabrinet to this location. This purchase represents Fabrinet's first office and manufacturing presence on the west coast of the United States.
